I tried to install it. It shows up in any flash player, but no matter whaere i put it and how I link to it, it will not show up in the template.

Paste your clock_block.tpl... it's go to be a typo else I'm lost. Have tested it with several themes and works fine. ?

Clock Path

Postby Michaelo » Sat Aug 13, 2005 6:01 pm

Your path is set to [red]root/images[/red] but as each template will normally have a different clock you should use:

[blue]name="clock" src="templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/images/CLOCK_NAMEt.swf"[/blue]

Just remember to put the clock swf file in the correct template directory /image folder

Mike

PS the color text feature pops up a warning re mozilla/firefox browsers being unable to use it?

They can, at least mine can! :roll:

I tried it both ways, but i see the problem now. I only changed the background color in the object tag, not the embed tag, im sure it looked fine in IE, but not mozilla based browsers.

still learning flash...lol
